Blockchain scalability is the know issue in the space.

Blockchain Trilemma, originally articulated by Vitalik Buterin referring to the issue that blockchain network can only provide two of the three its key benefits such as decentralization, security and scalability.

As a matter of fact, what we are seeing with many L1 blockchain protocols is those are either decentralized and slow, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, or not so decentralized and fast, like Binance Smart Chain or EOS. Many blockchain developers are working on the Trilemma, specifically to improve the scalability.

NEAR is the new generation L1 blockchain protocol which has launched its mainnet at the end of 2020 has the solution using sharding. Basically choosing very simular approach to what the Ethereum is working on as part of ETH2.0 or Ethereum Consensus layer.

One of the most anticipated feature is due to be released this year, called Nightshade Sharding, which is the foundation of the future dynamic sharding to provide fast and efficient scalability without compromising decentralization and security.

Web3 is NEAR… Join the Revolution with us.

We at the Grassets Tech are passionate about Web3 and privileged to join the NEAR community as one of 100 validators currently on the Mainnet.

Delegate to grassets.poolv1.near to improve the decentralization of the network.

We deliver sustainable and secure infrastructure, geo-redundancy and low fees.

Sincerely yours,

Grassets Tech
